ECA International released a report of the best places to live for expats. MyExpatriate Market Pay Survey measured packages offered to expats by accommodation allowances, cash salaries, international school subsidies, and the various countries’ tax systems. The United Kingdom pays expats the most when it comes to complete income packages with an average of $421,798. The increase in housing prices was partly responsible, according to Lee Quane, a regional director at ECA. Central London is seeing rental and housing costs rising, as a top location for expatriate workers. If you are considering relocating for a better job opportunity, contact Jobs Across the World. They will match your resume with the perfect job position.

The second-best country for expats salary packages is Japan. Mid-level workers make $386,451 annually, which is more than anyplace else in Asia. The more robust yen and higher housing costs have fueled the package increases.

A labor shortage in Japan is opening the doors for skilled agricultural workers from abroad. The country is hoping to improve productivity in three special economic zones as native farmers are retiring at fast speeds. Immigrants to the country already pick crops and have other small jobs on the farms under a government-endorsed technical training program. But unlike these workers, applicants wanting to work in the special zones will be required to have at least one year of agricultural experience behind them. If you are willing to relocate for a job opportunity, submit your resume to Jobs Across the World. Their team of experts will match your skillset with the perfect position and company for you. It doesn’t matter where the company is located or where you currently live.

The government will be enlisting help from staffing agencies to recruit eligible workers. The newly hired staff will be assigned to local farming businesses and mostly be from Asia. Those applying must be at least 18 years of age and have enough Japanese-language skills to be able to do the job. Jobs Across the World will match your resume with an open position. You simply submit your resume and wait on a call from a company ready to hire.

Niigata, one of the three select regions seeking agricultural workers, produces more rice than anywhere else in the country. Aichi, a part of Japan’s automotive industry heartland, is a leading cabbage producer, and Kyoto Prefecture is known for their tea and pears. The hires will be able to work in Japan for three years, dividing up the time as they want. They will be allowed to work in sales and processing and will be assured to be paid the same as their Japanese co-workers. They will not be allowed to be overworked due to the yearly capping of work hours. Japan is considering foreign labor in other fields due to staff shortages. Once you submit your application to Jobs Across the World, the process of matching you with the perfect job begins. Companies have access to all resumes that match their needs and will contact you with a job offer.

Japan is facing a challenge of an ongoing population crisis, which is quietly changing the strict immigration policy allowing more low-skilled immigrant laborers. Chaired by Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, the Council on Economic and Fiscal Policy approved a new immigration policy for the creation of new visa status for non-professional foreign workers. If relocating to Japan is something you are interested in, submit your resume to Jobs Across The World. The government is considering allowing as many as 500,000 low-skilled laborers in the country by 2025. The workers would be considered to work in five sectors that have been suffering from a severe labor shortage, specifically ship-building, hotel, nursing, agriculture, and construction.

Chairman of the ruling Liberal Democratic Party’s select committee on issues related to foreign workers, Yoshio Kimura, thinks the number is not enough. Two years ago, the committee spoke of allowing over 900,000 new workers to be allowed into the country. He told The Japan Times, “Some people who don’t know about the reality of the Japanese economy must have just made up that figure.” He said the population of Japan over the next century would be close to 40 million. He acknowledged the need for foreign workers, especially young people who will support the seniors. Japan has already allowed in hundreds of thousands of migrant workers by supplying them with student visas and “technical intern trainee” status. This back-door measure has been a help to small firms. Jobs Across The World will match you with the best employer. You can find your dream job right now.
